WebSocket VPN Tunnel Users

You can secure the connection between SBC devices managed by Hybrid services and Live Platform by configuring unique username and password for each Service provider and channel entity. When customers attach SBC devices to their Hybrid services (see Connecting Devices to Live Platform), they configure these credentials.

To add Web users:

1.

Open the WebSocket Tunnels Users page (System > Administration > WebSocket Tunnel Users).

2.

Click Add to add a new WebSocket user.

3.

Enter Username, password and brief description for the new user and then click OK.
